Parents deserve to know their guidance is current. IEP Says is building the most reliable, single source of state-specific IEP information anywhere — verified against actual statutes, administrative codes, and policy documents, not secondhand summaries. This page is our promise: we don't guess, we verify. And when something changes, we update it.
Each state's date reflects the most recent verification across all articles. States without data use federal IDEA law, which applies nationwide.
