Our Commitment

We want every parent to get real value from their Analysis Pass. If something goes wrong or the experience doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help.

80% Refund (Within 14 Days)

80% of your purchase price is eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase in the following situations:

  • Your analysis fails to complete due to a platform error
  • The analysis produces nonsensical or clearly unusable results
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report
  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of your analysis

Simply email support@humms.io with a brief description of the issue and we'll take care of it.

Requests Beyond 80% — Case by Case

Requests for a refund amount exceeding 80% of the purchase price are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We consider the nature of the issue, usage of the platform, and any extenuating circumstances. Contact support@humms.io and we will respond within one business day.

Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not available:

  • After 14 days from the date of purchase
  • If you have already extensively used the full report, AI chat, and advocacy tools

How to Request a Refund

Email support@humms.io with your account email address and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
