Refund Policy

Our refund promise

Ask within 14 days of your purchase and we refund everything you paid, except the card fee. You don't need to give a reason. The full guide for that IEP closes once the refund goes through.

For a $39.99 guide paid with a US card, the fee is $1.46, so $38.53 comes back to you.

Why we keep the card fee

Stripe handles our payments. When a payment is refunded, Stripe keeps its card fee: 2.9% plus 30 cents for most US cards, and a little more for cards from outside the US. That fee doesn't come back to us.

IEP Says is a small, parent-led product. Adam built it and reads every message. Passing on that one fee, and nothing else, helps keep the price low for every parent.

How to ask

Ask with this form. Telling us why is optional, and it helps us make IEP Says better. We review every request by hand.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days aren't promised, but you can still ask with the form. We review each request and answer within one business day.

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please ask with the form before you dispute a charge with your bank. Within 14 days you get the same refund, and faster. Once a dispute is open, the bank's process decides the outcome, so we can't also refund that payment directly.
